Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the RedLine Autos website (redlineautos.net) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Service Description
RedLine Autos is a luxury automotive sourcing and brokerage firm based in Thousand Oaks, California. We act as your personal automotive advisor — finding, negotiating, inspecting, and delivering high-end vehicles on your behalf. We are not a dealership, do not hold vehicle inventory, and do not sell vehicles directly.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Nationwide vehicle sourcing through dealer networks, private sellers, and auction access
- Price negotiation and deal structuring on your behalf
- Independent multi-point vehicle inspection coordination
- Title, registration, and paperwork facilitation
- Enclosed insured transport and doorstep delivery
- Financial pre-approval coordination with lending partners
Client Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information on all forms and communications. This includes vehicle preferences, contact details, and — if you opt into financial pre-approval — your personal and financial information.
You acknowledge that the final purchase decision rests with you. RedLine Autos provides advisory services, sourcing expertise, and negotiation support, but we do not guarantee the availability of specific vehicles, specific pricing outcomes, or approval for financing.
Application & Financial Pre-Approval
Our application form collects vehicle preferences (required) and optional financial information for pre-approval purposes. The vehicle details section helps us understand your search criteria, including make, model, year range, budget, timeline, and condition preferences.
The financial pre-approval section is entirely optional. By completing and submitting the financial section, you authorize RedLine Autos to share your personal and financial information — including Social Security Number, driver's license details, employment information, and income data — with our trusted lending partners for the purpose of obtaining pre-approval.
All financial data is transmitted securely via encrypted channels and is never stored in any database, server file, or log on our systems. Uploaded documents (driver's license and insurance card) are sent as email attachments to our team and are not retained on our hosting servers. Fees & Payment
Our service fee is agreed upon in writing before any engagement begins. Fee structures vary based on vehicle value, search complexity, and the scope of services requested. All fees are disclosed upfront with no hidden charges.
A retainer is collected to initiate your vehicle search, with the remaining balance due upon successful delivery. Accepted payment methods include wire transfer and certified check. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
Vehicle Condition & Inspection
Every vehicle sourced through RedLine Autos undergoes an independent multi-point inspection prior to purchase. Detailed inspection reports — including photos, mechanical assessment, and condition notes — are provided to you before any purchase commitment.
RedLine Autos does not manufacture, warrant, or guarantee any vehicle. Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, transfer according to the manufacturer's own terms and policies. We facilitate the sourcing and inspection process but do not provide vehicle warranties of any kind.
Delivery & Transport
Enclosed, insured transport is arranged for all vehicle deliveries nationwide. Transit times provided are estimates and not guarantees, as they depend on carrier schedules, distance, and weather conditions.
Risk of loss transfers to the carrier upon acceptance for transport. Carrier insurance covers any damage that may occur during transit. You are responsible for inspecting the vehicle upon delivery and reporting any concerns within 24 hours of receipt.
Intellectual Property
All content on the RedLine Autos website — including design, text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of RedLine Autos and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
The "RedLine Autos" name, logo, and associated branding are proprietary marks. Unauthorized use of our branding or website content is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
RedLine Autos acts solely as a sourcing and brokerage agent. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Vehicle defects, mechanical issues, or condition discrepancies discovered after purchase
- Market value fluctuations of purchased vehicles
- Lending decisions, financing terms, or credit denials by third-party partners
- Delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party transport carriers
- Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
Our maximum liability in any claim related to our services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific transaction in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RedLine Autos, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms of Service
- Your misuse of any vehicle sourced through our services
- Any third-party claims related to your transactions or use of our services
- Inaccurate or misleading information you provide to us
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California.
Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute before initiating formal legal proceedings.
Changes to Terms & Contact
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
